I was referred to Sian by word of mouth and couldn't have been happier with the experience. What I really liked was her patience with the process and my many questions. I didn't feel as though she was taking advantage of me like I had experienced in many jewelry stores. She was also great at discussing the options and choices that had to be made.

Still, doing something like this was a little nerve wracking – you're paying a decent amount of money for something that you have a pretty good, but not concrete, understanding of how it will look. And, then you have to hope that your partner likes it! Sian made that process feel so comfortable.

And the result? Well, the ring is absolutely stunning. My fiancé(!) is practically mesmerised by it, and the number of comments she gets from friends and strangers is ridiculous. I can't put into words how much I love my engagement ring. It's beyond what I envisaged & imagined - I love its understated sparkle and warmth. I love the little curve that cradles the bottom diamond, and I can't get enough of the ruby's changing colours.
