Sian was absolutely incredible, in every way. My now fiancé and I messaged Sian as we were clueless and overwhelmed with trying to pick a ring we would love forever. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bert Jewellery. I reached out to them after viewing one of their rings on instagram. I thought it would be a shot in the dark requesting a ring from a jeweler in Australia when I myself was in the USA. However, to my surprise Sian was quick to respond every time I contacted her and made it happen for me! She had such a way of easing my mind through the entire ring making progress and paid the utmost attention to every detail. The ring turned out better than I ever could have imagined it to be and my fiancé is head over heels in love with it (and now wants her wedding band from them too!) as is everyone else that has seen it. It is so unique and eye catching it looks like nothing I've ever seen in the states. I would give 10 stars if I could and cannot recommend Bert Jewellers enough! It’s a big thing and a lot of trust to engage the services of a jeweller via email and phone to design and make an engagement ring. I couldn’t have had a better experience, dealing with Sian from Bert Jewellery.

From initial concept and budget discussions, stone sourcing from her extensive suppliers, viewing various stone options, design process and through to the final product, I was kept informed and reassured that everything was heading in the right direction, arriving on time and at the price initially discussed. Throughout the design refinement I was involved with decision making, and felt like more than “just a customer”, but a part of the design process, which was important to me.

When the ring arrived, and seeing it in person, it was even better than I had hoped, and my (now) fiancé absolutely loves it! We can't thank Sian enough for her patience through the process, continual communication and of course for such a beautiful piece! She is truly talented and a pleasure to deal with!

I could not recommend Bert Jewellery enough!!!. I was that typical male when it came to looking for an engagement ring, I thought I knew what I was looking for but in reality I had no clue. Bert ( Sian) stepped me through the process. Bert didn't try to up-sell me on anything, rather advised me on how my money would be best spent. Not only did she work with want I wanted, but she created a better ring to what I could have ever bought from a store.

How I chose Bert? My partner has been a longtime follower of Berts instagram and would often send me screen shots of her work to which I always thought 'I cannot afford this custom jewellery' but after looking for a while and not finding anything I liked, I reached out to Bert. It was from that point my stress turn into excitement.
