I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bert Jewellery. I reached out to them after viewing one of their rings on instagram. I thought it would be a shot in the dark requesting a ring from a jeweler in Australia when I myself was in the USA. However, to my surprise Sian was quick to respond every time I contacted her and made it happen for me! She had such a way of easing my mind through the entire ring making progress and paid the utmost attention to every detail. The ring turned out better than I ever could have imagined it to be and my fiancé is head over heels in love with it (and now wants her wedding band from them too!) as is everyone else that has seen it. It is so unique and eye catching it looks like nothing I've ever seen in the states. I would give 10 stars if I could and cannot recommend Bert Jewellers enough!
