It’s a big thing and a lot of trust to engage the services of a jeweller via email and phone to design and make an engagement ring. I couldn’t have had a better experience, dealing with Sian from Bert Jewellery.

From initial concept and budget discussions, stone sourcing from her extensive suppliers, viewing various stone options, design process and through to the final product, I was kept informed and reassured that everything was heading in the right direction, arriving on time and at the price initially discussed. Throughout the design refinement I was involved with decision making, and felt like more than “just a customer”, but a part of the design process, which was important to me.

When the ring arrived, and seeing it in person, it was even better than I had hoped, and my (now) fiancé absolutely loves it! We can't thank Sian enough for her patience through the process, continual communication and of course for such a beautiful piece! She is truly talented and a pleasure to deal with!
